Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna is a self-funded non-governmental organisation which depends on membership fees, personal donations and sponsorships to fund its heritage conservation work for present and future generations to enjoy. Over the past years FWA was instrumental in saving and rehabilitating various cultural heritage building sites and in engendering awareness and disseminating knowledge about neglected aspects of our rich history. Preserving historic places is an expensive task.

There are different ways of supporting its work:

Monetary Donation

The income we receive from visitors’ fees at our properties, and membership, is crucial to keep our work going, but this only covers a fraction of our costs. We need extra funds to help with the conservation and maintenance of the historic properties in our care

Donate an artefact

Your generous donations of artefacts, photos, and books enrich our museum's diverse collection. Many artefacts in our collection were donated by individuals like you, preserving our cultural heritage for all to enjoy
