Seeking a passionate historical re-enactor and guide to bring history to life. Must have excellent communication skills and deep historical knowledge. Engage visitors and provide informative, immersive experiences.
The candidate must be flexible and prepared to work on weekends, public holidays and after-hours events. Must be well organized with good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to resolve problems using good judgement. ​This post requires someone with a secondary standard level of education or higher and must have be able to communicate very well in English.
An interest in military heritage and history would be considered an asset.
Custodian & Guide
​Suitable candidates will be responsible for performing several tasks to the highest standards and under the direction of FWA administration
A Custodian & Guide is mainly responsible for the general upkeep of the museum or site and its collection, to promote and optimize sales of tickets and merchandise and to maximize the visitors' experience. The candidate must be flexible and prepared to work on weekends, public holidays and after-hours events. Must be well organized with good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to resolve problems using good judgement.
